Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Stefan, co-founder of Starko. The question that started all of this was: Can a product learn from its customers and become better almost on its own? Companies today are growing faster than ever with smaller teams. But as they grow, something strange happens: the distance between the people building the product and the people actually using it gets bigger. Customer support ends up sitting right in the middle. Bugs, repeated questions, missing documentation, feature requests, frustrations and great ideas are happening every single day in customer conversations — but most of that knowledge never makes it back to the people building the product. We wanted to close that loop. So we built Starko. Starko brings customer conversations from channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, Viber, email, web chat and Slack into one place, where AI agents can answer questions, execute procedures and resolve repetitive issues automatically. But the part we’re most excited about happens after the conversation. When Starko doesn’t know something, a human can take over. The system then learns from what happened, identifies gaps in the company’s knowledge, finds recurring customer problems and turns those conversations into actionable recommendations. The idea is simple: Every customer conversation should make the company a little smarter. Our approach has changed a lot while building Starko. The first versions were much closer to a traditional CRM/helpdesk with AI added on top. After working with real customers, we realized that faster replies were only part of the problem. The bigger opportunity was connecting **support, company knowledge, workflows and product feedback into one continuous loop**. That became Starko today. We’re still early, we’ve changed direction more than once, broken plenty of things along the way 😅, and there’s a lot we still want to build. But Starko is already being used by real companies and real customers every day — and today we’re finally bringing it to Product Hunt. 🚀 We’d genuinely love your feedback, especially on one question: If Starko could learn something from your customer conversations and improve it automatically, what would you want it to improve first?
