Hi Product Hunt!
I’m Levente, a boat owner from Hungary and the maker of StarboardLog.
The idea came from something I experienced myself: managing a boat often means keeping information in too many different places. Bookings in a calendar, maintenance records in spreadsheets or notes, documents in folders, expenses somewhere else, and issues discussed in messages.
I wanted a simpler way to keep everything around a boat organized, so I started building StarboardLog.
What began as a simple vessel management tool has grown into a platform for private owners, co-owned boats and small charter fleets — covering bookings, maintenance, usage, issues, documents, customers, crew, expenses and ownership.
One thing I’ve tried to keep throughout the development is simplicity. StarboardLog isn’t meant to be complex enterprise fleet software. The goal is to make everyday vessel management easier without requiring owners or small operators to change the way they work completely.
StarboardLog is already live, and I’m now excited to introduce it to the Product Hunt community.
