This is an active hour tracker that combines, Apple’s stand goal, calories burnt and steps to give a more forgiving tracker. With gamified myStance profile, users can level up, and collect AP, activity points, rewarded for consistency. The app is totally on device (with iCloud back up), no account, no log in, no server. Shareable profile cards are there to share if the user choose to.
I was always trying to see and calculate “have I got this hours stand goal”, I wanted a quick way of seeing “yes”. Apples stand hour was too strict, and didn’t allow for rest days. I wanted to not be penalised for working my socks off for 2 days, and having a chill day.
My ADHD and OCD needed a fix, and myStance with levels and the collection cards helps me stay focused, not disappointed and allow myself to have a rest day.
Stance was born.
