I built StackFit after seeing Shopify merchants face the same problem: there are thousands of apps, lots of overlapping promises and very little independent help deciding what a store actually needs now.
The result is often too many subscriptions, duplicated features and expensive tools added before the fundamentals are ready.
StackFit starts with the store rather than the app catalogue. A short assessment looks at its stage, goals, current setup and operational readiness. It then separates recommendations into Install Now, Install Next, Replace and Do Not Buy Yet. Affiliate availability never influences the rankings.
The free result is useful on its own. I also created an optional £19 implementation blueprint for merchants who want exact steps, dependencies and a 30/60/90-day plan.
