Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Kjell, founder of Square9.
Square9 is an AI meeting notetaker that never joins your meeting. No bot in the participant list, nothing to invite, nothing to install in Zoom or Teams. The desktop app runs alongside any call, picks up system audio and your mic, and writes the notes: what was said, what was decided, who promised what.
We built it because two things kept annoying us with the tools we tried. First, the bot. Clients ask what it is, IT blocks it, it shows up late or not at all. Second, the notes went nowhere. Every tool gave us a pile of summaries with no connection to the people and companies we were actually talking to.
So the other half of Square9 is context. Every meeting, email and note is filed to the right person, company and project. Open a contact and you see the whole history, with sources, instead of searching five apps.
We are building towards hitting every communication channel! And both mobile app and phonecall recording is under development!
