Sprinno
Technical Due Diligence at the speed of Inference
Most investors never know if the code behind a deal actually does what it claims. Sprinno connects directly to a company's repositories and scores the actual technical risk, so startups get credit for building well.

Every startup begins with messy code. That is not a flaw, that is reality. You are figuring things out, moving fast, making tradeoffs because the priority is to ship something that works. The codebase at month three looks nothing like month twelve, and that is a sign of growth, not failure. But here is the problem. When it is time to raise, or when someone wants to acquire you, that growth is invisible. All they see is a snapshot. And they have no way to know if what they are looking at is a team that is learning and improving or a product that is quietly falling apart. So they guess. Or they bring in someone expensive to give them an opinion. And that opinion does not capture the journey. It does not show where you started, how far you have come, or where you are headed. On the other side, investors are making decisions worth millions based on a pitch and a prayer. They want to believe in the team. But belief is not due diligence. And when things go wrong after the deal closes, everyone asks why nobody looked closer. I built Sprinno because both sides deserve better than this. Not a gotcha tool. Not a pass or fail stamp. Something that shows the real picture. Where the product is today, how it has evolved, and what the trajectory looks like. A team that started scrappy but is steadily improving tells a completely different story than one that started clean and is now deteriorating. Both of those stories matter. Both of those stories should be visible. The hardest part of building this was not the technology. It was earning trust from both sides. Making sure that what Sprinno produces feels fair. That a founder looks at their report and thinks "yes, that is an honest reflection of where we are." That an investor looks at it and thinks "now I can make this decision with confidence." I stopped trying to build the smartest system and started building the most honest one. That is what Sprinno is.
