What inspired you to build this? I've always been into sports — and I kept running into the same frustration. Finding a club to join, a match to play in, or a coach to train with was way harder than it should be. Most of it happened through WhatsApp groups, Instagram DMs, or word of mouth. There was no single place to just... find your people and play. Indonesia has an incredibly passionate sports culture — millions of people play badminton, tennis, football, and more every week. But the infrastructure to connect them was basically nonexistent online. That gap bothered me enough to do something about it. ------------- What problem were you trying to solve? Sports communities in Indonesia are fragmented. Clubs don't have proper digital presence. Players can't easily discover sessions near them. Coaches struggle to reach new students. Tournaments get lost in social media noise. We wanted to solve all of that in one place — a platform where any athlete, at any level, can find a club, join a session, book a coach, or sign up for a tournament. No more endless searching. Just show up and play. ------------- How did your approach or process evolve while working on this launch? We started narrow — just clubs and sessions. But as we talked to more users, we realized they wanted the full picture: not just "where do I train?" but "who do I train with, when, and how do I get better?" That shaped us into a more complete platform covering clubs, sessions, coaching, tournaments, and eventually venues and a marketplace. The biggest shift was realizing this isn't just a discovery app — it's a community platform. The real value is in the connections between people, not just the listings. That changed how we think about features, onboarding, and growth.
