I built this tool for my own personal use, as Excel was becoming too complex to maintain.
My partner and I have very different incomes, mine is quite irregular, and recalculating the split percentages every month was a nightmare.
Then, when I talked about my tool with friends and family, I saw their interest, so I decided to take development further and launch Splinity online.
Since then, I've been working daily on improving Splinity, adding new features, and making it easier to use.
Today I can share budget management with my partner; joint accounts are synchronized between our profiles on the application.
