Freewriting is super powerful if you’re looking to unclutter your thoughts and make decisions quicker and better. Using this app is super simple: 1. Think of a topic to write about (ex. a breakup, a struggle at work, a new idea) 2. Click fullscreen 3. Click the timer 4. Start writing. No backspaces allowed. Don’t stop writing. 5. Once the timer runs out, click on "Reflect" and start talking to the AI that has full context of all your journal entries.
