SpendWise
Understand where your money goes from your receipts.
QuietLayer is a calm consumer app studio. We create software with warmth, clarity, and restraint — apps designed to feel useful, human, and quietly premium.
I built SpendWise because I kept running into the same problem:
I had receipts, bank transactions, and expense history, but I still didn't have a clear picture of where my money was actually going.
Most receipt apps help you store receipts.
SpendWise is built to help you understand your spending from them.
You scan receipts, and the app automatically extracts purchases, categorises them, and helps you see spending patterns over time.
The idea is simple:
Awareness, not budgeting.
No spreadsheets.
No bank account connections.
No guilt trips.
Just a clearer view of where your money goes.
SpendWise is now live on Google Play for Android.
I'd love feedback from the Product Hunt community, especially on the positioning, onboarding, and whether this feels meaningfully different from traditional receipt scanners or expense trackers.
Thanks for taking a look.
