I built SpecParse to solve a problem I noticed in construction workflows: valuable BOQ and engineering data is often trapped inside PDF tables and must be copied manually into Excel.
SpecParse converts these documents into structured Excel, CSV, and JSON files.
The product is currently in free beta. I’m looking for feedback from quantity surveyors, estimators, tender engineers, and anyone who works with complex PDF tables.
