Sparrow
Inspect CSS, pin feedback & share live reviews
Sparrow is a browser extension for inspecting CSS, measuring spacing, extracting colors, fonts, and assets, and leaving pinned feedback on any live website. Free to start.
Hey everyone! 👋
I built Sparrow because giving CSS and design feedback on a live site was always a pain for me.
It was the same thing every time - screenshots in Slack, messages like "can you move this a bit and change the blue?", and no easy way to point at the exact element I meant. DevTools is great, but only I can see it. I couldn't just pin a note and send it to a teammate or client.
So I made Sparrow. You hover over any element to see its real CSS, box, and fonts right in the browser, no setup. Then you drop a pin, leave a comment, and share a live link so others can review with you. It can even swap any color or font across the whole page, so you can try a change before touching code.
It started as a tiny inspector I made for myself and slowly grew into a full review tool.
Would love to hear what you think! What's the most annoying part of design reviews for you? 🙏

Who hunted Sparrow?
Sparrow was hunted by Ali Asger. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
