Hey Product Hunt, Daniël here. As a 16-year-old student and entrepreneur, I kept running into the same problem: unlocking my phone for one quick task and ending up in an hour-long doomscrolling loop. Most solutions today rely on standard app blockers that are too easy to bypass, or minimalist launchers that just hide your colorful apps without the ability to actually stop you from opening them. So I built Sovereign. It completely replaces your home screen and combines a clean, minimalist UI with a strict, built-in app blocker.
