Worked as a recruiter for a few months, felt like all the existing tools out there just kind of miss the mark in one way or another. Recruiter notetakers like Metaview or Corecruit either has a meeting bot in your call, or the notes they generate still need a lot of post processing (reformatting, copy and pasting into our own templates etc). And AI sourcing tools like Juicebox just doesn't really work, it just ends up pulling the same profiles you would find doing a filtered search on Linkedin (many people who has used these tools have reflected that).
So I decided to build Sorinai - bascially targets all the painpoints in doing a candidate screening call, which is the thing that Recruiters spend most of their time doing. First of all like any note taker you wont have to write down anything, notes will become availabe post meeting. Secondly, the note template you select will get filled out live as the call goes, instead of waiting till the end of the meeting. So you would know on the call what inforamtion you still need from the candidate - avoid many awkard follow up emails asking for clairfication or additional logistical information. At the end of the meeting, as many recruiters still use Microsft Word as their default note taking platform, Sorinai will fill out the tempalte you uploaded and just let you download the competed qualification sheet. It will also email you a copy.
