SomedayFund
Your someday starts today.
Track your spending, save toward your goals, and fund the life you've always dreamed of. Your someday starts today.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Ashen, founder of SomedayFund.
I built this because every budgeting app I tried either wanted my bank login (which doesn't even work if you bank outside the US/EU, Plaid just doesn't cover most of the world) or charged $100+/year for what's essentially a spreadsheet with a nice UI.
So SomedayFund is:
Manual entry, by design — no bank credentials, ever. Nothing to link, nothing to breach.
Works anywhere — built for people whose banks aren't on Plaid (a huge chunk of the world).
$9.99, once. Not a subscription. Pay once, get every future Pro feature forever.
"Occasions" — track spending for a trip or event separately from your regular budget (think group trips, weddings, etc.) without it messing up your monthly numbers.
The free plan is genuinely usable long-term: unlimited transactions, 3 accounts, budgets, savings goals, and rule-based AI insights. Pro just removes the limits and adds exports/envelope budgeting.
It's a side project I've been building, so I'd love any feedback, especially if something feels confusing or missing. Happy to answer anything about the tech, the pricing model, or why I went manual-only.
