Why did we build Solo?
We are a team of technical experts and event planners. After spending years booking events for others, we understand the pain of finding the right venue, dealing with availability inquiries, negotiations, contracts, and payments. To ensure nobody has to go through this experience again, we decided to build Solo, the expert venue-booking agent.
How does it work?
You specify your venue preferences, budget, and location to tailor the search. Whether it's a rustic barn or a modern conference center, let us know what captures your vision.
Our smart agent (Solo) carefully searches through extensive venue listings, our own dataset, and online marketplaces to find options that match your preferences.
Lastly, you review a curated list of venues and approve those that resonate with you. Upon your approval, we proceed to secure dates, negotiate contracts, and ensure favorable terms before finalizing your booking.
