⭐️Firstly, we're excited to announce that we finally developed and integrated Peer-to-Peer Direct Messaging on Solcial. Direct Message (DM) feature emphasizes end-to-end encryption and user-centric data ownership. Solcial leverages the IPFS network and Solana blockchain to ensure secure and private messaging while empowering users to retain control over their data. The concept of "PrivateLog" further decentralizes the messaging system, providing users with full ownership of their data. Additionally, implementing Gossipsub and Messaging Layer Security (MLS) will enable scalability and enhanced group messaging capabilities. ⭐️ We launched our own Social-to-Earn staking program, where users can stake their SLCL, engage on the platform, and increase their APY as they grow! 🚀
The more active a user is, the higher their yield will be, effectively transforming social media engagement into a rewarding experience. So now you can earn rewards for being active on the platform without being a famous influencer or blogger.
⭐️ Implementation of AI is in progress on Solcial. All Tier1 posts are now curated (powered by OpenAI) with improved Filters on our Discovery Page. This new update allows you to refine your searches and easily find the content that fascinates you the most.
⭐️ We've also added a new Article feature, allowing you to post long-read articles, similar to Medium or Substack, with full markdown editing.
⭐️ Now you can post content directly on the Solana blockchain. Get full ownership of your content and assurance that this content will never be deleted or moderated until the blockchain exists.
⭐️ We developed our PWA (Progressive Web App) and it is now live so iOS users can install it directly from Safari (by sharing the app to their home screen), please activate the notifications in your settings (see attached screenshot)
⭐️ We have also implemented Universal swap- You can now use USDT, USDC, SOL, or SLCL to buy any user token (all trades are routed through various DEXes, buying SLCL in the background for you)
⭐️ We've also made several UI and UX improvements to improve user experience and make your stay on the platform more convenient.
