Soft Send: Delay & Undo Send for Gmail
Undo send in Gmail beyond 30 seconds
Delay Gmail messages, cancel, pause or send now, and catch typos, missing attachments and risky recipients.Gmail's Undo Send stops at 30 seconds. By the time you spot a forgotten attachment or wrong recipient, the message is already delivered. Soft Send holds Gmail messages for 1 minute to 1 hour before delivery. Warns you about missing attachments, new recipients, and reply-all risks. No server stores your email. Everything runs locally. Free to start. Pro is $14.99 once, no subscription.
I built Soft Send because Gmail’s Undo Send always felt like a band-aid: useful, but too short and too passive.
The real problem is not just “I need 30 seconds to undo.” It’s that email mistakes usually become obvious a few minutes later: wrong tone, missing attachment, accidental Reply-All, sensitive info, or a recipient you didn’t mean to include.
