I built SocialSignal after watching too many good ideas — including a few of my own — ship to complete silence. Not because the product was bad, but because nobody knew where the people with the problem were already talking.
So instead of another keyword monitor you have to configure, SocialSignal works the other way around: you enter one idea, and the agent traces the conversation across 30+ channels — Reddit, HN, GitHub, forums, review sites — then hands back clustered, ranked signals. Every result links straight back to the real thread, so you get receipts, not a black-box sentiment score.
