Snoozify

Mix ambient sounds with your own music to sleep & focus

Most sleep apps loop the same fixed tracks until you tune them out. Snoozify lets you build your own soundscape instead: layer rain, fire, ocean, wind, white and brown noise, and blend in your own music, then tune each channel to taste. Save your mixes, start from presets like Zen Garden or Deep Focus, and set a sleep timer. Made for falling asleep, winding down, and focusing while you work. iOS, free to start, with optional sound packs.

Top comment

I'm a solo developer, and Snoozify is the first thing I've shipped on my own. I built it during a long stretch of insomnia while job hunting. At night my mind wouldn't switch off, that wired-but-exhausted feeling where your body just won't power down. White-noise and ambient apps helped a little, but they all played the same fixed loops, and my attention drifts fast, so I'd get bored and stop opening them. So I made Snoozify around one idea: instead of pre-made tracks, you layer and mix the sounds yourself (rain, fire, ocean, wind, white and brown noise) and blend in your own music, then tune each one until the soundscape is actually yours. It stays varied enough that I don't tune it out, and I've ended up using it as much to focus while working as to fall asleep. It's iOS, free to start, with optional sound packs and presets, and it launched just a few days ago, so it's still rough in spots. I'd really love your feedback, especially on whether mixing it yourself beats pre-made loops for you, plus the sound selection and the mixing UI. Happy to answer anything.
