Hi Product Hunt, I’m Ian, founder of Tech Turn and the maker of Snipe RMM. I started building Snipe RMM because small businesses and lean IT teams still need reliable endpoint visibility, but many existing RMM platforms are designed around larger MSP operations, broad feature sets, and complex administration. Snipe RMM takes a more focused approach. It provides one portal for monitoring Windows and Linux endpoints, reviewing live device evidence, identifying issues, acting on alerts, and maintaining an auditable record of operational activity. The product is currently in early access. This launch is not intended to present Snipe RMM as finished. The objective is to get direct feedback from people who actually manage devices and support users. I would particularly value feedback on: • Which device information should be visible immediately • Which alerts are genuinely actionable • What would make you trust a newer RMM platform • Which repetitive IT tasks should be automated • What is currently missing from the workflow Specific criticism, edge cases, and operational concerns are welcome. They are more useful than generic approval. Tech Turn is the company behind Snipe RMM, and the feedback from this launch will directly influence the development priorities.
