Snapstub
Receipts into clean rows. On-device OCR
Paper receipts pile up. Digital ones get buried in email. SnapStub turns any receipt into a clean row: merchant, date, total, tax, category. Export to CSV or PDF when you need organized records. Everything runs on-device using Apple Vision. Your receipts never leave your phone. Built for freelancers, self-employed, and small business owners who need organized expense records without the overhead.

I built SnapStub because I kept procrastinating on expense reports. Receipts in my pocket, screenshots buried in my camera roll, a shoebox by tax season. The unlock was Apple's Vision framework — it does on-device OCR fast enough that you get results before you blink. So I built around that: scan, confirm a field or two, done. No cloud. No account. No monthly fee. I've been using it myself for 6 months. It's become the first thing I do with any receipt instead of the last. Would love to know what you think — especially from anyone with a specific accounting workflow.
