Hi Product Hunt!
I built SnapComic for international students who are smart and curious, but suddenly have to study history, science, and social studies in a language they are still learning.
The idea is simple: snap a textbook page, and SnapComic turns it into a bilingual comic in about 30 seconds.
Instead of only translating text, SnapComic creates visual explanations with comic panels, bilingual bubbles, vocabulary support, and text-to-speech. It is designed especially for 10-15 year old multilingual learners and their parents.
There are two modes:
- BYOK mode: free forever with your own Gemini API key
- Cloud mode: pay-as-you-go credits for easier setup
