SmartTicket

Top comment
Hey Product Hunt, I'm the maker of SmartTicket. I built it because a lot of helpdesk products force teams into hosted SaaS, external databases, and rigid AI providers. SmartTicket is for teams that want the opposite: run support, knowledge base, SLA tracking, and AI assistance on their own server with their own model. It is a single static binary with embedded SQLite, RBAC, web chat, a knowledge base, and pluggable LLM/RAG support. You can point it at OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek, or a local model, and customer data stays on your infrastructure. The project is MIT-licensed and open source: https://github.com/liliang-cn/sm... I'd love feedback from self-hosters, support teams, and builders who care about data sovereignty.
