I built SmartMQ after watching curtain and blind installers run their entire business through WhatsApp group chats, paper measure sheets, and spreadsheets stitched together with hope.
The problem isn’t discipline — it’s that no software was ever built for their workflow. Generic trade apps don’t understand the difference between a measurement visit and an installation. They don’t know what a drop is, why fabric selection matters, or how quoting actually works in this industry.
