We built Smart FAQs because we kept running into the same issue: most FAQ and support tools felt either too rigid or overly dependent on AI, making finding answers unreliable.
Smart FAQs helps you turn your FAQs and knowledge base into instant answers through an FAQ widget with AI search, and chatbot support — all powered only by the content you provide. It works with almost all website hosting platforms and supports internal team knowledge, Shopify integration, and simple setup with customizations to match your brand.
We also have an internal tool that lets teams quickly find answers in their knowledge base without needing to embed a widget or chatbot on their site.
