Smalltown Boy AI
Turn two photos into an 80s AI dance duo
Give your photo album a dance floor. Smalltown Boy AI turns two portraits into a retro dance duo using a ready-made 80s performance template. Choose who stands left and right, upload the photos, select 480P or 720P, then preview and download your video. No prompts, masking, or editing timeline required. The reference dance is about 14 seconds; AI results and timing can vary.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
What if your photo album had a ‘tonight, we dance’ button?
I’m sharing Smalltown Boy AI, a small photo-to-video tool for turning two portraits into an unexpected 80s dance duo. The fun starts with casting: you and a willing friend, your younger self and your current self, or two very serious portraits suddenly finding their groove.
The dance and camera moves come from a fixed template. You choose the left and right performers, upload a clear front-facing photo for each, select 480P or 720P, then generate, preview, and download. No prompt writing or editing timeline needed.
The reference performance is about 14 seconds. It’s an early release, and AI can change facial details or timing. The videos shown on the homepage are trend references, and individual results will vary.
You can browse the examples before creating a personalized video. Generation uses one-time video credits, with no subscription. Please use photos you have permission to use.
I’d love feedback on the upload flow, assigning the two roles, and the retro studio design. Who would you cast for the first dance?
