Small Movements, Often

Tiny movement breaks for people who forget to move

Free desk-side companion that nudges you to stretch, balance, breathe, and rest your eyes at the intervals you choose.

Top comment

Hi Product Hunt, I built 'Small Movements, Often' because every "stand up and stretch" reminder I tried was either free but super-basic, or required a paid subscription. This one is deliberately small: • A soft chime every 45 minutes (adaptable: you pick the interval and your active hours) • A 45-second sequence each of x4 exercises (adaptable: you pick the duration and number) • Runs in a browser tab, no login, nothing to install • Free, and it'll stay that way I use it every week day and find it genuinely useful. Would love feedback on any aspects (missing features, redundant features, bugs, etc.) Happy to answer anything in the thread. Thanks for taking a look.
