Every "AI video" tool you've seen, Runway, Sora, Pika, Kling, Veo, generates frames with diffusion. The output is dreamy, slightly melted, never on-brand, and you can't ship it as a real video. It's a demo, not a deliverable.
Sleepy Motion is the opposite bet. We use AI only to write the script. The video itself is rendered by a deterministic motion-graphics engine we built from scratch, real kinetic typography, real fonts (upload your own .ttf), real brand colors, professional transitions, royalty-free music matched to mood, and human-quality TTS. The kind of motion graphics a production house charges $50K+ for.
You type a prompt. ~2 minutes later you get a 1080p vertical video that's ready to publish.
Six of us built it over six months. We launched a little over a month ago and it's been growing organically since, which honestly surprised us, because we haven't done a single paid ad yet. Today is our first real "hello world."
