Slashboard
Your AI bill isn't a mystery. It's a dashboard.
Real-time cost tracking and analytics for LLM applications
Hey everyone! Pax here, maker of Slashboard.
The backstory is simple: I was running LLM calls through a proxy and got an API bill that made me physically sit up. The worst part wasn't the number, it was that I couldn't explain it. Which feature caused it? Which team? Which prompts were burning through tokens? The provider dashboard just showed one big aggregate number.
So I built what I wished existed, a cost observability layer that sits on top of your LLM gateway (starting with LiteLLM) and breaks down every dollar by org, team, feature, model, and individual prompt.
What Slashboard does:
Ingests every LLM call via webhook from your proxy, low code changes in your app
Attributes cost across any dimension: team, feature tag, model, environment, end user
Logs every prompt with its exact token count and cost (toggleable for privacy)
Alerts you before budgets blow , not after the invoice lands
We've launched and building in public. I'd genuinely love to hear: how are you currently tracking your AI spend? Provider dashboards? Vibes? No judgment, that's exactly where we started too.
Fire away with questions.

Who hunted Slashboard?
Slashboard was hunted by Mridhul Pax. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post.
