SlackBridge
Your Slack. Their Teams. One conversation.
Your team lives in Slack. Your clients live in Microsoft Teams. SlackBridge links a Slack channel to a channel inside their Teams tenant: you reply in Slack, it lands in Teams under your name in under two seconds, and their replies come back. One Slack workspace connects to many client tenants. Setup is a consent link to their Microsoft 365 admin. Nothing for end users to install, no migration. Serverless, OAuth 2.0, message content is not stored. Free tier, no credit card.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I run a small managed IT provider in Ontario. My team lives in Slack. Almost every client we support lives in Microsoft Teams. So we spent our days flipping between two apps, or asking clients to install Slack, which their IT reliably said no to.
Slack Connect does not solve this, because it needs both sides on Slack. Migrating everyone to Teams was not happening either.
So I built SlackBridge. It links a Slack channel to a channel inside your client's Teams tenant. You reply in Slack, they see it in Teams under your name. They reply in Teams, it comes back to Slack in under two seconds. One Slack workspace connects to many client tenants, which is the part that matters if you work with more than one company.
Setup is a consent link to the client's Microsoft 365 admin. Nothing for end users to install, no retraining, no migration. There are two consent modes depending on how strict their IT is: Secure Connect asks for 6 read focused Graph permissions, Guided Setup asks for 10 and automates the bot install and channel creation.
On architecture, since people always ask: serverless, OAuth 2.0 and the official Microsoft Graph API, full message content is not stored, temporary metadata is kept up to 7 days for thread sync. History stays in your Slack and in their Teams, where it already belongs.
Being straight about where it stands: SOC 2 Type II is in progress and not finished. WORM retention and eDiscovery export are roadmap, not shipping.
The free tier is a real tier, not a trial. One connection, one channel, no credit card.
Happy to answer anything here, including what it does not do yet. Genuine question for you all: when your team and your client are on different chat platforms, what do you actually do today?

Who hunted SlackBridge?
SlackBridge was hunted by Korey Rideout. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
