We built SitRep because meeting notes are not enough. Decisions happen in meetings, but the real work happens later: creating tasks, writing specs, assigning owners, and sending follow-ups.

It doesn’t replace your tools - it turns your existing stack into an execution layer.
We dogfooded it while building the MVP: our own meetings became tasks and specs, which helped us ship in about a week.
