It runs the changeover loop and keeps a record of it. The guest link is the part people notice first and it's the part I care least about. Guidebook apps have done that for years. What none of them do is talk to the cleaner.
The cleaner works to a reference photo per room instead of a list of words. At sign-off, photos of every room are filed against the property and anything running low gets flagged. A host can see the place is ready without being anywhere near it, and if a guest claims otherwise a month later the photos already exist. Management companies pay a second person to walk the property behind the cleaner. This is that without the second person.
