Hi all. Simple is a set of free calculators for everyday Australians, built around one rule: you should understand the answer, not just get a number. Each tool shows how it got there in plain English. The bridging loan calculator, for example, shows your peak debt, the interest that builds while you hold both homes, and what you are left owing once the old one sells. There is no sign-up and nothing is stored. I would love feedback on which calculator is missing.
