The setup is very easy, we have a wizard for that. 3 things needed:
1️⃣ Your ChatGPT (OpenAI) access key
2️⃣ Your website or knowledge base URL (so that we could scan for Copilot training content)
3️⃣ Your short description of the company/product/service
All this is very intuitive and takes less than 5 minutes 🔥.
Also, you can decide when to trigger Copilot ⚙️: always, when your agents are offline, or disabled by default with the option to turn on ad-hoc.
Controls on Slack or Microsoft Teams are available as well. 🎛️
