Reduce overall stress in 5 minutes with cyclic breathing
Adapts to your breathing pace and guides you through longer cyclic sighing sessions - a science-backed breathing method to reduce anxiety, stress and improve mood. Offers reminders, statistics, and works when the device is locked. For iPhone & iPad
Went full time indie developer and started to have more anxiety and stress 🙀.
In my search for help I stumbled across cyclic sighing and how it performs better than other breathing methods or even mindfulness exercises.
Tried it and it really helped me. Most of the time, just two cycles were enough to clear my head. But I struggled with longer sessions, as the pace of the videos I was following didn't match mine. That's why I created this app. It adapts to my pace, reminds me and keeps track of past sessions.
Try it for yourself right now to see if this method is a good fit for you:
Make sure to sit or lie down somewhere stable.
1️⃣ Slowly inhale through your nose until your lungs feel full
2️⃣ Inhale again to maximally fill the lungs
3️⃣ Slowly and fully exhale through your mouth
🔁 Repeat
Hope it can help you feel better too
