I built Siftly to solve the tedious, time-consuming manual candidate screening process for HR teams and engineering leads.
Instead of spending hours reading every CV, Siftly uses Gemini AI to evaluate applicants, score their answers from 0-100, parse attached PDF resumes, verify their GitHub repositories, and sync live Google Forms responses.
