ShootCal
Photo galleries and scheduling for working photographers
ShootCal brings free scheduling, invoicing, and branded client galleries into one photography workflow. This launch adds photo and video delivery, 1080p playback with downloadable 4K originals, proofing and favorites, Lightroom publishing, and WHCC print ordering. Start with 20 GB free for photos. Plus includes 150 GB, password-protected galleries, and 0% ShootCal print commission.
Hi Product Hunt — I’m Ryan, a working photographer and the maker of ShootCal. I built ShootCal because photographers should not need separate tools for scheduling, invoicing, client proofing, downloads, video delivery, and print sales. The new Galleries system brings those pieces together while keeping the scheduling side free. I would especially appreciate feedback from other photographers about the gallery and delivery workflow.

Who hunted ShootCal?
ShootCal was hunted by Ryan Smith. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
