Build your own app studio, powered by your real apps
ShipHQ turns your app's real numbers into a living isometric startup office. Connect RevenueCat and every paying subscriber becomes a person at your desks. Each morning the Daily Brief replays last night: new subscribers walk in to applause, trials arrive in caps, churn gets a send-off. Milestones land as trophies on your wall — earned, never bought, never retroactive. AI managers bring a 09:00 standup on growth, reviews and competitors. Free on iPhone.
Hey Product Hunt! I'm Rıdvan, an indie developer with a handful of apps on the App Store.
My morning routine used to be: open RevenueCat, see MRR move by $12, close the tab, feel nothing. Those were real wins — strangers paid for something I built — but a chart made them invisible. I think that's how a lot of us burn out: not from failing, but from never noticing we're making progress.
So I built ShipHQ: your own app studio, built from your real apps. A living startup office where your actual numbers move in.
How it works
• Connect RevenueCat with one sign-in (no API keys). Each app gets a desk, and paying subscribers become the people in your office. Add GA4 and your traffic becomes the street outside.
• Every morning the Daily Brief replays last night. New subscribers wait at the door, it opens, confetti, your team claps. Trials wander in wearing a cap and take it off when they convert.
• Churn walks out too, and someone pours a cup of water after them. In Turkey we do that when someone leaves, so they come back.
• Milestones become trophies on your wall: first $100, first 100 paying customers, a 30-day streak — 40+ of them.
• Desks earn Company Cash from your real MRR. Spend it on furniture, rooms and coffee. Desk levels (Pro Desk at $100 MRR, Product Pod at $1K, Prestige at $10K) can't be bought, only earned.
• On Growth and HQ, a small AI team holds a 09:00 standup: Leo (growth), Ada (market and competitors), Noah (App Store reviews, with a reply draft), Emre (Reddit mentions) and Zoe (news). Every note links to its source.
Two rules I refused to break
1. No invented numbers. A metric without a connected source shows a dash, never an estimate.
2. No retroactive trophies. The day you connect is your baseline, and only progress from there is celebrated. A trophy for something nobody watched happen means nothing — which also means every milestone you cross before you install is gone from your wall for good.
Pricing: free for up to 2 apps. Memberships (Mini, Growth, HQ — from $4.99/month) add desks, rooms, AI reports and managers.
Launch offer, until Oct 15: every annual plan starts with 1 month free.
Product Hunt code PRODUCTHUNT adds one more month on HQ Annual (2 months free), for the first 100 redemptions: https://apps.apple.com/redeem?ct...
No revenue yet? Explore a sample office as a guest first.
I'd love your honest feedback, especially this: which milestone would you want on your wall that isn't there yet?

Who hunted ShipHQ?
ShipHQ was hunted by Rıdvan Uyan. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
