Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Jinha, co-founder of Shellog.
A while ago I broke my ankle and spent some time in a wheelchair. Leaning on one leg changed how I walked, and my neck, shoulders, back and hips all fell out of balance. Physical therapy taught me how much stretching at home matters. But doing it alone was hard to stick with, and honestly a bit boring.
Our first product, BodyBalancer, reads posture from joint positions in phone videos. While building it, we realized a score alone doesn't change a habit. Showing up every day does. So we built Shellog around consistency, using the same analysis engine:
