Shelfverse
Never miss a Costco price-adjustment refund again
ShelfVerse tracks your Costco purchases against live warehouse prices and alerts you when something you already bought becomes eligible for a 30-day price-adjustment refund — plus deal browsing with price history, watchlists, and expiry alerts. iOS, Android & web.
Hey PH 👋 I built this because I kept finding out, too late, that stuff I'd bought at Costco had gone on sale within the return window. Costco will refund the difference — but only if you catch it. ShelfVerse catches it for you.
So far it's tracked 100K+ purchases, watches 180K+ live deals daily, and has surfaced ~$364 in claimable refunds for early users — about $60 of that already collected back.
The trickiest part was making sure it only flags refunds you can actually claim (sale started after purchase, still active, same warehouse). And my favorite detail: you report bugs by shaking your phone — it files a ticket to my GitHub and my reply comes right back into your in-app inbox.
Would love your feedback on the onboarding flow and what'd make it a daily-use tool. AMA on the tech!

Who hunted Shelfverse?
Shelfverse was hunted by Ankur Khurana. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
