SheetPort for Klaviyo
Klaviyo reports & profiles in Google Sheets — two-way
Every Klaviyo reporting workflow I saw ended in manual CSV exports. SheetPort fixes that: campaign reports, flow performance and profile lists land in your Google Sheets on a schedule — and your edits push back to Klaviyo (profile upsert, add-to-list). Your own formulas and charts survive every refresh. Setup is a 30-second API key paste; large accounts (10k+ profiles) sync in chunks automatically. Free plan, no card required. Pro is $19/mo for scheduled auto-sync and write-back.
Hi PH 👋 Solo maker here.
Every Klaviyo reporting workflow I looked at ended the same way: someone exporting CSVs by hand every Monday morning. The alternatives were either read-only exports or enterprise-priced ETL tools.
So I built SheetPort as a two-way connector instead. Campaign reports, flow performance and profile lists sync into your Google Sheets on a schedule, and the sheet writes back — upsert profiles, add rows to a Klaviyo list. Your own tabs, formulas and charts survive every refresh because it only rewrites its own data tabs.
Two things I'm quietly proud of:
• It handles big accounts. I tested 10,000+ profiles — it syncs in chunks and resumes automatically across Apps Script's execution limits.
• Your data never touches my servers. It flows directly between Klaviyo and your spreadsheet inside your own Google account.
Free plan (manual sync, all data types), Pro is $19/mo for scheduled auto-sync and write-back.
The engine is connector-agnostic, so the next one is mostly an adapter file. Which would you want first — Beehiiv, Square, or Close? Genuinely asking, that's what I'll build next.
