Hi Product Hunt 👋 I've dealt with panic attacks myself, and the apps that existed either felt clinical or felt like a wellness influencer. I wanted something in between, direct, useful, and gone the moment you don't need it. A few things I care about with Settle that I don't see much in this category: ~ No account required. Ever. You open it and it works. ~ Nothing tracked. No analytics SDK, no ad identifiers. I don't want to know what you're doing in the app, I just want it to help. ~ Built for the actual moment, not "wellness" in the abstract, there are specific guides for flying, exams, elevators, medical appointments, because generic breathing advice doesn't help when you're gripping an armrest at 30,000 feet. Would genuinely love feedback, especially from anyone who deals with panic or anxiety day to day.
