This project came about because I want to find ways to build on the insights that arise during sessions. I want to explore how to promote habits of self-directed work on nervous system regulation and creative exploration. The modules and tools in this platform come directly from my music therapy practice. I think practice management platforms could be more. They can offer a space for a therapist to provide resources and promote more continuity between sessions, and document session history more thoroughly. And with many platforms using session notes to train AI, I feel there is a need for properly encrypted client data, messages, and clinical notes.
