I started building Semfora as a side project almost two years ago. The Original purpose was just to help a friend of mine debug broken code at his companies regular 50k+ line releases.
Over the next year and a half, I added features, rebuilt to add in MCP usage, and then finally reached a point where I was confident I had numbers that nobody else has.
I can see infinite loops or database issues from a mile away in all 30 languages I support, and the 100+ other tools and file types I can pull in. I have the GitHub PRs to prove it.
This isn't some graph tool. This isn't an AI tool either. Check it out, and you will see that it is much more.
I can tell very accurately in most projects, the exact commit where developers started using coding agents, as the patterns are unmistakable. And, I have proof that by keeping the health score up on your projects, you can reduce token spend, reduce burnout, and reduce incidents.
