I built Self Renew as a way to put into practice the method I describe in my book, The Life Engineering Method.
The idea behind the method comes from my background in software engineering: we don’t usually fix broken software by telling it to “try harder.” We inspect the system, identify what isn’t working, change the inputs or design, test it, and improve it.
I started asking: what if we approached our lives the same way?
