SEEK is a location-first social app for sharing real moments, exploring places on the map, and connecting with people around the world.
Iβm the solo founder behind SEEK.
The idea came from a simple frustration: every day people share amazing travel photos and videos, but once they disappear into social feeds, itβs hard to discover the actual places behind them.
I wanted to create something that felt more connected to the world itself.
SEEK is a globe-based social platform where every post becomes a location on an interactive 3D Earth. Instead of endlessly scrolling through content, you can explore the planet, discover real places shared by real people, and save destinations for future adventures.
Building SEEK has been a journey of its own. I developed the app while working a full-time job, handling everything from design and development to moderation systems, infrastructure, websites, app store submissions, and countless late-night bug fixes.
The goal isnβt to replace travel or social media apps. Itβs to create a new way to discover the world through authentic experiences shared by people who have actually been there.
This is only the beginning, and Iβd love to hear your feedback, suggestions, and ideas for where SEEK should go next.
