SeedOSS
A Telegram channel curating FOSS and privacy software.
SeedOSS is a Telegram channel that curates open-source and privacy-focused software. One project per post, written up properly: what it does, who it's for, and what makes it worth using over the alternatives. No link dumps, no listicles. Just individual tools, covered in detail.
I started SeedOSS because I kept finding interesting projects buried in GitHub and obscure forums with no good way to share them. The existing options were either too noisy or covered the same tools everyone already knew about.
The format settled pretty naturally: one project per post, written up properly, no filler. Each post covers what the tool actually does and why it's worth your attention over the obvious alternatives. That's still the formula now, 250+ posts later.

SeedOSS was hunted by Emad Gadou. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
