I'm excited to introduce SecurityHub!
The idea behind SecurityHub is simple: many of us have old Android phones sitting around that could be put to good use as security cameras. I wanted to build a way to turn those devices into a more flexible home security system, with live viewing through a web dashboard and a local-first approach to recording.
SecurityHub supports local recording on Android, peer-to-peer camera streaming, and optional cloud storage through Pro. Privacy and giving people more control over their recordings are important parts of the project.
We're still building and improving the experience across platforms, and that's why I'm sharing SecurityHub here. I'd love to hear your thoughts!
