SECOPTER - S.E.C.O.P.T.E.R Es una herramienta LegalTech creada por Pedro Alejandro Ariza Rubiano, para facilitar la labor en procesos de contratación, tanto para entidades publicas como para asesores jurídicos y contratistas. No se limita solo a buscar oportunidades, si no tambien brinda herramientas innovadoras en IA para facilitar la labor del asesor.
Me inspiré en lo intrincado y compleja que es la labor de estructuración de procesos de contratación para entidades públicas en Colombia. Evidencié que en temas de LegalTech solo se limita a busqueda de procesos. Mi propuesta permite identificar codigos UNSPSC, riesgos, crear eventos en el calendario, analizar la TRM y crear indicadores para procesos de contratación. La idea es facilitar la labor de creación y verificación, y asi mejorar la gestión de las entidades publicas o en su defecto, hacer veeduria mediante contraste.
I was inspired by the intricate and complex nature of structuring procurement processes for public entities in Colombia. I noticed that LegalTech in this area is currently limited to merely searching for processes. My proposal allows for the identification of UNSPSC codes and risks, the creation of calendar events, TRM analysis, and the generation of indicators for procurement processes. The idea is to facilitate creation and verification tasks, thereby improving the management of public entities or, alternatively, enabling oversight through data cross-checking.
